My husband(a senior citizen) drove from Calera to Hoover to pick up a pizza. The pizza was burned crisp. I will never go back to Marco 's. Score 0. I will go tomorrow and get my 18.00! I will take the pizza back as well! The new world.🥹
Ate here about a week ago. It was busy but service was fast and polite. Pizza and wings were good. The only reason I don't give the atmosphere a 5 star is because the city it is in isn't exactly an area I'd let my guard down.
Marcos is usually my go to for pizza because it is fresh. This time not so much. I hadn’t ordered pizza in a while but my son said Marcos! I ordered delivery and we got it pretty quickly. The problem…the CRUST. It didn’t taste fresh. It was chewy and very hard but not burnt. The only thing I can say is it wasn’t fresh. Sadly I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to tell nor was I able to find anything on the website to report it. $50 in pizza and wings and teenage boys wouldn’t even eat it. That’s how I know it was bad!
Fast and friendly service. Food was very tasty and fresh!
Need to update online hours to reflect when restaurants is actually open.
