Marco's Pizza

I am not sure how to explain my experience except to say it felt like a reality show called Where Did My Pizza Go. I ordered a large all meat pizza and was told it would be ready soon. Then I heard ten more minutes. Then five more minutes. Then another ten more minutes. At this point I started wondering if my pizza was being handcrafted by wizards in the back because it should not take this long. After waiting around forty minutes I finally asked what was going on. That is when I was told my pizza had been lost. Not burned or dropped. Lost. As if it had grown legs and walked away to start a new life. They offered to make a new one which would take another ten to fifteen minutes. So I waited again and watched the same delays begin to happen with the replacement. That is when I asked for a r

I ordered a pizza for delivery at 5:13 pm. According to Marco Pizza, they would deliver the pizza by 5:43. As of this moment. I still don’t have the pizza. I called them and told them about the issue. No apologies given. Very poor service. Finally got my delivery at 6:30. Pizza arrived cold.

I ordered delivery tonight. Estimated delivery time was 45 mins. 30 minutes in tracking says "On the way". Sitting by the door for 30 minutes waiting for it. I then get text saying Doordash has picked up order and tracking shows they're not even close to the store. So my pizza is still sitting at the store after an hour. Finally get the pizza 30 minutes later and of course it's cold. Very disappointed.

Normally Marco’s is great. Tonight we ordered a half and half pizza. This is what we got (see picture). The toppings and cheese had clearly slid around. It doesn’t even look appetizing.

One of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Pepperoni is the best part for my work crew. Met the owner and he a very nice guy as well. We will order Marco's instead of PJ and domino's from here forward.
