Marco's Pizza

Last 2 times I ordered from them I got a half cheese half pepperoni, both times they had pepperoni on the cheese side. I opened the box in front of the employee and told her this is the second time this happened, she just gave me a blank stare as if I was bothering her. Then says “want me to make another one” Which I declined because I didn’t know what she would do to the pizza now and I didn’t have time to wait. Mind you it was 3pm completely dead so that just shows they just didn’t care. Called the Manager to let him know so this does not continue to happen and his response was thank you for letting me know I guess I will have to retrain. Never got an apology or sorry for the inconvenience as if it was my fault they continue to make the same mistake. Do better Marcos, you just lost a

Received the wrong order. Did not ask for it to be replaced but called to let them know. It was too late to have order replaced. The girl I spoke to proceeded to tell us we made a mistake ordering. I asked how? She said we did not place it directly with them. We did it thru the company website So how is this not directly ordered thru you she had no answer. Ended conversation bc it was obvious she was not going to be of any help. She did not even ask me what the name or address was in the order. I called on my phone and the order was placed from my husband’s computer where we have the company website downloaded. We have been loyal customers for years. That will change as of now.

I want to begin by saying, that I ordered online and I do not suggest doing so. Call the store directly, or go in person. I won't get into all the details of why, but I will say that Drew took care of things both professionally and immediately for me. He made sure that I got the food I had ordered, he made sure that I received the monies that had been charged to me in error, and when I met and spoke to him in person he truly exuded care and will to make things right. And the food was really hot and fresh! Because of the way he handled a negative experience, I will remain a future customer. Thank you Drew, I so appreciate you and all of your efforts to make things right. Super guy!

This Marcos just can’t get things right. We order from here occasionally and if it’s not one thing it’s another. We ordered 10 buffalo wings. There was absolutely no sauce on them.

Horrible experience. I ordered delivery and after an hour + called about the status. Was told the pizza was delivered to “a woman” and kept on hold (meaning they sat the phone down I could hear their conversations in the background) for 20 minutes. During that time our doorbell rang with the delivery. The delivery driver told us he was sent to our house with the wrong order. Our pizza was room temperature. I called the restaurant back to explain my displeasure about either the driver or someone at the restaurant lying about the status of my order and the response was “what do you want me to do about it? Do you just call restaurants to harass the workers?” and then was hung up on.
