This was absolutely the most gorgeous beach I’ve seen on the east coast. The dunes were beautiful and the beach seemed well taken care of. Some seaweed here and there and lots but still nonetheless beautiful.
Breathtaking! Wild! Mesmerizing! ..... we were alone on this beach on December 1st. It was very cold and a bit breezy, but the landscapes of the beach, the ocean, and the high sand bluffs were absolutely stunning. Superb!
Went in September. So spacious. Rebuilt stairway. Clean bathrooms. Dogs allowed on leash.Seals peaking at you from a few feet out. Water was too rough this time to go in.Plenty of hiking trails from the parking lot and nearby.
Well maintained, great facilities. Wonderful place to catch the sunrise. Abundant wildlife.
Fabulous new stairs down to the beach built with dollars contributed by locals. Interesting signage about the first telegraph sent at that location from the US to the U.K.
