Marco Polo Pizza

Even though the Uber eats delivery picked up our pizza, but didn’t deliver it, the owner, at the end of their business hours, remade ALL of our food, and delivered it to us, hot and perfect! It was an hour after they’d closed, but the owner told me, they wanted to make it right for us, so they stayed and remade our food! We had a very large order-3 if the largest pizzas, cheese bread, Stromboli, a tray of pasta, made to order-enough to feed 6! The food is amazing! The cooks there are real chefs! The food always looks so fancy and the ingredients are quality- I am so happy this pizza place is in our neighborhood! Marco Polo is my family’s favorite take out place! We won’t order anyplace else!

I would not recommend going here at all. This place has one been under 2 different forms of management . When they first opened I came to support it’s close to home and the kids love pizza! Order a large pepperoni pizza and had to wait for 1 in a half hours and the pizza wasn’t even finished in the middle and it was cold .!! To have waited for that long and my pizza was not even finished was beyond me. I asked them to make me a new on which that did but that one was served to me cold as well!!! Today I came and realized there’s new management! I get excited like ok things may be different this time around my pizza might actually be done I was coming from work which is all the way in Minnetonka …. To Brooklyn park. Ordered the pizza as soon as I left because like I said I was being prepared

In speaking with Adriana, one of the owners, she was so pleasant, fun and professional. Easily the best customer service I think I've ever received from a pizza joint. She even delivered my reasonably priced (in this day and age) perfectly fresh order herself in a very short time for a Friday evening. Tasty pizza. Really enjoyed the donut "balls" as well. Thank you!

Ordered 2x pizzas via UberEats for pickup. Gave it about 20 or so minutes for the order to be prepared and upon walking into the store I was greeted with an empty store and a blank stare when I said I was there to pick up an UberEats order. Turns out the ticket was already printed out underneath the counter, but just wasn't noticed. I was asked if I still wanted the order to which I replied yes as I didn't think making 2 pizzas would take an hour. No apology or answer to how long it might take. So once my order was taken to the back to be prepared, I started my wait...eventually after about 25 minutes, the first of two pizzas were placed into the oven, which was confusing to me as I thought since I ordered 2 identical pizzas that they'd be prepared at the same time, especially since the f

Ordered my pizza at 7:20, got a confirmation saying my pizza will be done at 8:08, got there at 8:30 and the place isn't even opened! Checked my bank account and they took money out of my account already. Bunch of crooks! Never supporting them again! I would give them 0 stars if I could!
