Disappointing lack of service and awareness. Lost a long-time customer. ​My wife and I have been loyal customers of this Marble Slab for years, but after our experience today (Feb 22nd around 2 PM), we will not be returning. ​Despite the shop not being busy when we arrived with only one couple ahead of us we were never greeted or even acknowledged by the two staff members working. Following the flow of the counter as we have for years, we waited at the left side for our turn. A large family walked in well after us and crowded the right side of the counter. ​When the staff finished with the previous customers, both employees completely ignored us and began serving the family that had just walked in. Saturday Evening. - This was our family first time coming to this location and it was very exciting. We went with a few special milkshakes. Service was great. Expect a little wait because it's HOT 🥵 SUMMER TIME. Can't rush service when the crowd want to stay cool 😎 with some Ice cream. Areas was clean 🧼 . There is room to sit outside or inside. Lots of parking 🅿️ on both sides of building. Great for a 1:1 date and family friendly night.

Such a cute little spot! The staff are super friendly and the portions are huge. Loved the creamy flavors—so refreshing and perfect for a summer afternoon treat!

Great tasting ice cream in this creamery. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Worth a stop.

This ice cream is fantastic guys. I had the homemade coffee, my oldest had the peanut butter. I'm not even a big peanut butter fan and thought it was delicious. They call it homemade and you can tell that it is. We'll definitely be back! It's a little pricey but worth it
