Marbella Ice Cream & More

Everything was good. But I see if your from a different race other then Hispanic they are very rude. Was super expensive I got three ice creams and 2 chips with cheese was 35$! but my kids loved them ice cream. Won’t be going back though . They treated the Hispanic people really nice with me they looked so annoyed.

I went by to buy a lemon troli for my wife. I asked the lady to fill the large cup bc from previous purchases the middle of the cup was hollow. The lady serving was rude and combative and stated if I didn’t like it I could go somewhere else. I’m not going back very disappointed in the service provided. I don’t understand how she thought it was ok to also insult me after cheating me with a cup filled with air. Terrible service, terrible server, shame on the owner to still have this lady around.

gave us a milkshake with bad milk then gaslighted us by saying it's not because they just got new milk

The food is absolutely delicious and yummy alot of choices the workes are very nice and patient love this place try it out💗

Ice-cream was soft as soft serve. I hadn't been there in years. I was expecting the hard Ice-cream texture. Unfortunately I threw it out. My friend and I were truly disappointed in the Ice-cream but the service was awesome. Store could use a good cleaning though just saying
