MANOLI COFFEE & BOUTIQUE

Staff was great! Very helpful and nice. Cute little shop. I got the mango paradise iced tea and it was great.

We visited today. I wanted to order a cinnamon apple hot tea. The girl that wears glasses totally told me in a rude manner " we dont have it". So I ordered a different tea. Then we ordered our food. We ordered 2 spinach chicken wraps. Both girls didnt know if they even had the chicken for it to start off. Then as my bf was going to pay for our order one of the girls told him they didnt have the greens for the wraps. We had traveled from.El.Paso so we were hungry and just agreed to have them without the greens. Mind you we were there about 12:30/1:00. I would like to think upon opening you'd check to see what ingredients you have for what's on your menu each day. The place was really cute and inviting and I wanted to love it but was totally disappointed! The food id also overpriced!

This place is such a gem! The boutique is beautifully curated, and the coffee is always delicious. The staff are so welcoming and genuinely kind. It’s the kind of spot you want to linger in, whether you’re grabbing a latte or browsing through their unique finds. Definitely one of our favorite places in Ruidoso!

Great coffee but poor customer service. I’m a barista myself and had questions about the menu, and I was just given “gen z” stare by the baristas and saw them whispering amongst themselves. Being able to answer questions and relay information in a polite manner is a part of the job, and shouldn’t be viewed as an inconvenience.

Had my first latte here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cool vibes and will definitely return! Come check it out!
