Mano Libera - Marco Giugliano

This is now officially one of my favorite restaurants in the world! I got married in southern Italy & have had my share of dishes at casual spots to Michelin starred eateries along the coast, but I have to say this restaurant in Miami is one of the best I’ve ever had. This unique take on traditional dishes combined with next-level hospitality makes it unreal. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us to the best dishes and was so seamless in his presentation & serving skills. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone! Worth the trip even if you’re not in Miami!

We had the pleasure of dining at the chef’s table, which was a true highlight of the experience. Watching the chef meticulously finish and plate each dish showcased his exceptional craft and attention to detail. The staff was professional, well trained, and genuinely welcoming. The wine list is extensive and thoughtfully curated, with excellent options starting around $65. While we didn’t try the cocktails this visit, the crafted selection is definitely on our list for next time. The ambiance is simple, refined, and inviting. we had an incredible time at this gorgeous restaurant in South Miami. We love trying new places and can be picky, this place exceeded our expectations! From all of the gorgeous details and the ambience, to the delicious food. We had the chef tasting menu and it was definitely banged for your book! We could not finish all of our food and had to take it to go. Everything was absolutely delicious and we were blown away by the portion sizing. What made it especially great, was our server Enzo. Cute he made everything fun, special and truly want above and beyond. We went for valentines and he made it a very special evening for us. We truly appreciate him and the staff as a whole! This will become one of our go to date night spots.

My experience at Mano Libera tonight was absolutely phenomenal. If it’s your first time there, I highly recommend doing the chef’s tasting menu. It gives full creative control to the chef, and the only decision you make is whether you’d like your main entrée to feature fish or meat. From there, you just sit back and enjoy the experience. Every single course was beautifully presented and incredibly delicious. Each dish felt thoughtful, intentional, and perfectly paced. It truly felt like a culinary journey rather than just dinner. Katerina and Enzo took such amazing care of us. Their service was warm, attentive, and seamless, elevating the entire experience even more. Excellent experience at Mano Libera. The food is authentic, well executed, and strikes a great balance between traditional Italian cuisine and refined presentation. The pasta tastes fresh, flavors are clean and well defined, and the quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish. The service truly stands out. Marco and Abraham were outstanding attentive without being intrusive, very knowledgeable about the menu, and genuinely professional. Their recommendations and warm, polished service elevated the entire dining experience. A cozy, welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a special occasion. Definitely a place worth returning to and highly recommended.
