Manning Publications

I accidentally ordered the ebook version of a book that I wanted in paperback. I requested a refund on the same day. Manning refuses to refund me.

Books are really good, but it has been almost 2 months since they "shipped" books and books still are not here. They respond that's postal delay due to covid etc, but it's already 1.5years since covid appeared and books from other publishers arrive just fine, so I'm not sure they were honest when said they shipped books.

They publish high quality IT books . I mostly bought from them directly on;y online material because I'm not in US. I bought printed material as well but through Amazon UK. I even reviewed for free a book for them.

Worst guys. I had a shipping issue with one of my order. Called the customer support number and always it redirects to voice mail. Emailed them as well, no one cares to reply. I would like to give them 0 rating .

This "company" manning.com looks like a scam. You buy a book online, but you dont get access to anything listed. They make you buy a title that gives you nothing else than opening other title to buy. Stay away!
