Manna Hot Bagel

I came to Manna Hot Bagel to grab a small soup and a tuna hero. After I handed over my card to pay, I asked why the total was $21 — $6 for a small soup and $14 for a tuna sandwich. I mentioned that anywhere else it’s usually $10 or less for the same thing. The guy behind the counter refused to acknowledge me. I had to ask him three times if he was even going to answer my question. All he said was, “The receipt is right there,” and then walked off. No explanation, no customer service — nothing. The service was extremely rude, the attitude was disgusting, and honestly the food is not worth the money. Completely overpriced. It says 8.99 for tuna sandwich who knew lettuace may and cheese salt and pepper was an additional $5. Worst customer service ever. I would never go back or buy anythi

If you’re charging someone upwards $9 for a bagel wt cream cheese and bacon. Can you stop putting cream cheese on only one side of the bagel? And as of lately, the bagels are not tasting the same. They don’t taste good anymore.

So this was my first time going into Manna Hot Bagel and this was the worst experience I came in placed my order i was waiting for the guy behind the register to give me my price and he never said anything then then a few guys came in after me her serviced them and they left so now i come back and i asked how much is my order and im still getting no response then the guy behind the register opens up his sandwich walked off and started eating ignoring me someone else had to come and take my order its safe to say i will never step foot in that place again nor will i recommend anyone to go there Not only that the cheese on my omelette was rubbery came right off the omelette m Disgusting

Just opened my bacon egg and cheese. thank God as I had already taken a few bites there was hair in my food. And not just one random hair. It was under the egg and what made me feel like the hair was put in or they must've dropped my egg is because the hair wasn't cooked into the egg. So how all that hair get in my sandwich. First and last time going there. 3 pieces of hair. I didn't bother going back to complain. I was already home. Just won't ever spend my money there again.

I’ve given this place more chances than I should have, and they continue to disappoint. The staff clearly doesn’t pay attention to order details, no matter how specific you are. I’ve had multiple orders messed up—simple things like a bagel, and they still can’t get it right. Worse, I’ve had to go to the store in person just to fix mistakes they should’ve taken responsibility for. There’s a lack of accountability, and the overall attitude feels careless and unprofessional. If you’re looking for reliability or decent customer service, I highly recommend going somewhere else. This place is not it.
