Mangos Caribbean Restaurant

If I could rate 6 stars i would. From the atmosphere to the staff and omg the food!!!!! Chef JP’s hands are blessed! Best food in the area hands down!!! Had the jerk chicken, mac and cheese, cabbage and sweet plantains. Coming back to this restaurant when im back in the area.

Read the reviews and they don’t lie! Food was hot and flavorful. Oxtails, cabbage and plantains on point! Customer service was top tier! Will definitely suggest and I will be back!

Ordered take out so I wasn’t able to feel the atmosphere as much but the service was good. I ordered jerk chicken it was kinda spicy but sweet… have a glass of water if you don’t like spicy lol. The rice and peas were moist not to dry, the cabbage wasn’t what I expected kinda of bland but I did enjoy the food more the next day, because they gave a good bit of food. The plantains were very sweet, I liked mine cooked a little more but it was good.

Placed an order easily online and it was quickly ready for pickup. The staff greeted me when I went in, food was hot and ready. Initially my patty wasn’t included but I got one before leaving. The portion sizes were HEALTHY and I would definitely go back. I got oxtail, rice and peas, and a beef patty. Everything was great.

This food is phenomenal!!! Me and my dad ordered brown stew chicken and oxtails….. Amazing!!!!
