Mandarin Garden

I have been going to this place since I was a child for 30 years. I have never had any issues with the service or quality of food. But I can not say that for today. So my family and I went for lunch to order off the menu and got a meal for 5 dinner pack. The first thing we ordered was Mongolian beef. My mother even asked the lady if it came with the white rice noodles and the server said yes. So we ordered that and 4 other dinner items. We got all of our food except for the main thing my mother and I wanted which was the Mongolian beef. We asked where the Mongolian beef was and the lady said we didn't order it even though she repeated our order multiple times to us saying Mongolian beef herself. My wife told her we did order that item and the lady replies back in a rude way saying that we

Lunch doesn't have much options, but we enjoyed our dinner a lot. Everything was fresh and hot, big portions too for nice prices.

I think going into places like this people don’t understand culture nor Chinese restaurants in general. My service was great and the egg drop soup was by far some of the best I have had. It tasted seasoned well and no yolks which I like. The place was super clean including the restrooms. Found my favorite go to Chinese spot!

Very small buffet for the price. There was no soup. Very little fruit. Mostly garden variety heat and serve. The service wasn't great. I'm pretty sure they were understaffed. Two hot bars and one cold. I'm sorry, it barely qualifies as a buffet.
