Mandarin Carry-Out

One of the only Chinese take outs in the area. I bought lunch for the installers today and this is what they asked for. The prices are high for what it is. Maybe due to no competition and the ridiculous DC taxes. The guys liked the food. My feedback is this: -no reason to not improve the ordering area. It’s filled with posters of food options and pricing. Would not cost much to get a nicer menu presentation. -too many options on the menu, make a smaller menu and they’ll sell more -the employees are very nice and easy to understand Great location and easy street parking. Opposite side of the street from 7-11. I would buy food again from here.

The service and staff was excellent. The food was at a great price however, the food was bland, the chicken was soggy and ridden with gristle making for an unpleasant meal. The spring roll was burnt and oily. The sauce was bland and in flavorful and I unfortunately had to throw away the remainder of my meal. Please invest in perhaps chilli oil, change the cooking oil and maybe some garlic would help❤️❤️

Polite service and big serving sizes. But the wonton soup had no veggies and the wontons were mainly thick pasta. The teriyaki chicken was delicious and a good deal

AMAZING! We were in town visiting and wanted Chinese food. This is a hole in the wall place that was so delicious. We ordered the chicken and broccoli and the egg drop soup. It was perfection. Will definitely be back when we are in town again.

I’ve loved this place for years. Tonight I called for delivery. Said they couldn’t and I said okay I’ll pick up. Was placing order and asked me to hold. I did. When he came back he said just come in and order. I said no I want to border and pick up he hung up on me. I called back and he hung up me again. They have lost a loyal customer who orders at least once a week. Unbelievable!!
