delicious spot inside west county mall for sushi, noodles & boba tea sushi is made fresh to order there and is actually amazing and tastes very fresh, do not be dissuaded by it being inside the mall. I have ordered multiple different rolls at different times of day throughout the year and they’ve been great everytime. the tea tastes very good, although it is definitely on the sweeter side so if you don’t have a big sweet tooth you may not love the fruit flavor teas, they’re made with syrup not fresh fruits the noodles are my favorite thing here. whether you get the ramen, stir fry, pad Thai, or just the noodles they serve out front, they’re delicious. The mandalay chicken is also to die for. And appetizers are great too. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend this place.
Order the chicken egg roll and the chicken was raw. Let the cashier know and requested refund. He proceeded to tell me I have eaten it. Uhm I bit into it and broke it apart to discover that it was raw. After some push back about it being raw I got the refund.
This vendor is in the food court at West County Mall food court. We tried a sample then decided to order lunch. I ordered the Mandalay Chicken with fried rice. Unfortunately the chicken and rice were barely luke warm. They need to turn up the heat on their food warmers. The chicken was cooked but most of the pieces have to much coating. Very disappointed.
It's been awhile since I stopped at the mall to get some food. Mandalay used to have decent Ramen but not anymore. It took over 15 minutes for them to make my spicy tonkatsu. It was disappointing to say the least. My soft boiled egg came out hardboiled, my noodles overcooked a d not spicy at all. It is sad to say that they lost me as a future customer.
Food is pretty nasty. The only thing that’s good is that MANDALAY chicken the lady is giving away samples. Stick to Sarku next to them. The beef is extra but extra gross, no flavor. Noodles taste like water that has been sitting out. Do not recommend.
