I really love this hot pot restaurant. For $23.99 per person, you can eat as much as you want, which makes it totally worth it. They offer up to four different soup bases in one pot, so you can enjoy all the flavors you like in one meal. My favorites are the tomato broth and the Thai spicy broth. I usually order three Thai and one tomato because I love that combination so much. The staff here are also very friendly. They are young, energetic, and always checking to see if we need anything. Sometimes the restaurant gets busy, so a little patience is appreciated, but you can truly see the effort and enthusiasm from everyone here. Food quality was inconsistent. The shrimp was acceptable, but the oysters had a strong fishy taste. The watermelon was mushy, and fruit was not fresh. The premium meat cuts tasted unusual, though the regular meat cuts were fine. The hot, cooked food was disappointing—served cold and seemed as though it had been sitting out for an extended period. This place looks great inside clean and nicely maintained. However, the layout could use some improvement. The flow feels a bit awkward, with veggies and side dishes set up in the middle, while drinks and desserts are placed at the front. There’s a decent selection of meats, though the quality is average. What really concerned me was the self-serve drink setup you have to scoop ice from a bucket, and the shared scoop handle often drops back into the ice. That seems to be what caused some stomach discomfort for me and my friends afterward. (I don’t think it was the food itself, just the ice situation because not everyone's hands are clean while touching it.) Really enjoyed Manchu Hotpot—lots of side dish options and very generous portions for the price. The Chinese–Vietnamese fusion style works well and adds extra depth to the broths and ingredients. Definitely a good value hot pot place worth checking out.

Great hot pot restaurant with very reasonable prices. The restroom has a private room for changing babies, which is very convenient. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. Highly recommended for families with kids.
