Mama's Pizza and Grill Kenhorst Plaza

Finally!!! First time eating here. I am extremely satisfied. Food was awesome we ordered a Sicilian pizza and cheese steak stromboli. I have tried several places in the area and nothing but a disappointment. Gave this place a try and I am so glad we did. Definitely gained a new customer. Place was extremely clean and friendly staff.

I have eaten here more times that I can count and I've never had a bad experience with either food or service. The staff is friendly. Ingredients in the pizza are always on point, I recommend a Cheesesteak pizza but all of them are good. Anything on this menu is. Been a customer at least a decade will continue to be.

Ok, after the manager reached out to me and refunded me for the stuff below, I gave them another shot. I got their chicken bacon ranch slice as well as a ham and cheese panini. They were fantastic, cooked right, and very quick service. I appreciate them reaching out and making it right. So, I've been going here for years. Recently, the service has gone down. First issue, I ordered multiple items and they forgot two slices of pizza for delivery. I called them, and they asked if I wanted it delivered or credit on my account. I told them I'd like it refunded, and they didn't like that but said ok. I left for work, and came home to find they delivered the slices.... And didn't refund me. I got the meat lovers and veggie lovers pizza's. They were definitely good and loaded with toppings. Also got mild wings and parmesan peppercorn. They could have been a little more crispy. Also thought wings were kind of pricey. Definitely would go back.

This location..everyone is friendly..the lady taking our order always smiling with customers and coworkers...the cook who made our meal even asked if I wanted grilled and not grilled onion as well because he didn't want to assume it was one or the other... such a small detail but it sticks out in a great way!! Also they change their gloves when handling money and food..yayy!! In passing a lady didn't know how to use the soda machine which to a bad employee they would have seemed annoyed..but he was not at all..he was about to go on break and kindly stopped..placed his meal down and helped her get her drink. Again things that seem so simple but I say these are what counts... great employees keep them happy!!!
