First time visiting! I really enjoyed the atmosphere, and I chose to go on a Thursday, since I prefer trying new places during the week. The atmosphere was calm, less busy, and the service often shines at these times. Though I initially hesitated due to some reviews, I gave it a chance—and I’m so glad I did! The service was excellent and friendly, and since there weren’t many customers, my companion and I were seated quickly. The food was fantastic—beautiful presentation and great flavor. I had the yuca mofongo with chicken, and my mom had the stuffed salmon—both delicious. The menu had great variety, and we even enjoyed happy hour. My first experience here was truly unforgettable. From the incredible ambiance to the outstanding service, everything exceeded my expectations. My husband and I enjoyed Happy Hour at the bar, where the bartender, Tay, welcomed us with exceptional hospitality. The ambiance, DJ and delicious food made it the perfect restaurant/lounge for our anniversary dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant and lounge to anyone seeking a fantastic time!

Made reservations from the car and confirmed 5:45 pm Valentine's day. Get there and everyone else has the same time. Wait for 20 minutes to speak to the man at the podium. Was told $85 per plate which includes appetizer, entree and dessert. I couldn't have chicken cordon bleu so they suggested grilled chicken. Great! We get seated and drinks come out quick. Appetizers go to the next table. We get the food back before they dig in. Kind of embarrassing. From there it took almost 45 minutes to get our entree and when it did come, it was the chicken cordon bleu. The waitress was upset and sent it back. The grilled chicken comes with the mashed potatoes and it was mediocre at best. Husband's meal was good. Get the check and $85 pretty plate turned into $247 if pd by card and $236 if paid with

Party of 9. Reservation was mixed up, music was blasting so loud we couldn’t even talk. Waited almost 2 hours for food and the place wasn’t busy. The stuffed red snapper was mushy, smothered in a nasty sauce, and inedible. Mofongo was bland and dry with the same horrible sauce. Waitress was slow and not attentive. Chef was professional, but the manager was rude—refused to remove the bad dish until we argued, then only took half off. On top of that, they add automatic gratuity and even charge $20 extra for using a credit card. Worst dining experience. Will not return.
