We had the chance to eat at Mama Mandie’s in Fairfield during the Soldier Mountain Snowmobile Hillclimb weekend, and it was one of those experiences that sticks with you long after the meal is over. We came in here for the first time since they opened, and everything we had was very tasty! We started with the Italian chop salad, then moved on to pizza. Very yummy! Updated review- we ate here again about a month ago, and something has changed with the pizza. The cheese tasted totally different and not in a good way. It was a little disappointing. I'm not sure if they ran out of the regular cheese or what happened. Hopefully, they just ran out of the regular mozzarella.

The staff are super sweet and friendly! This is the best pizza I have ever had! You must stop in and try! The owner makes the dough from scratch and the cheese is so flavorful and just melts in your mouth! Highly recommend next time you are in Fairfield!

The gals that work there are always the sweetest. The restaurant is always clean. Their gluten free options are so delicious. Best gluten free crust!!! Great chef salads too.
