My Mac and cheese tasted like the cheese sauce broke, the cornbread was extremely undercooked, and the batter on the fish was way too thick. However the flavor tor the fish (perch) was amazing, greens were amazing and the yams were good. I scored a 3, solely because I came for the mac and was very disappointed.

Mama Joyce’s mac and cheese was absolutely amazing! You can tell it’s made with real cheese. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Every bite was satisfying, and the flavors came together perfectly. It was cheesy in the best way and definitely comfort food done right. I’ll be back for more!

I really would've gave them a 4 but even though they can't control how the chicken looks on the inside the bones appeared to been freezer burnt. Other than that the food was delicious!

02-21-26. The mac & cheese didn't look appealing and was horrible taste like sour cream and cheese mixed together. The greens were over cooked and mushy they taste baddd! Like they were old they weren't fresh. The red snapper taste like frozen fish it was chewy. The wings and the sauce was good They will NEVER get any more of my $$$

10/10 all the way around, from the service to the food. I had the wing dinner with macaroni and yams and my boyfriend had the catfish dinner with greens and red beans and rice. Everything was hot and delicious. I am so happy we decided to come here. Also, I went back for a second time today (4/29/25) and it was just as good!
