Mama Jo's Pies & Sweets

The RV Park where I was staying provided some treats from Mama Jo's so I wanted to stop in myself and try other stuff. Bought a slice of Coconut Cream Pie. Now that was amazing. Also the Pecan Pie bites. So buttery and delicious. Also, seen that they sold goat milk lotion so purchased a bottle of the Texas Ruby Red Grapefruit. It smelled so good. Sweet friendly service. I was offered a free mini lemon hand pie on my way out which was flaky and delicious. A must stop when in the area. Also a great Vega mural on the side of the building worth visiting in itself.

Wonderful cafe to enjoy a piece of pie and coffee. Delightful owner. Mama Jo is such a lovely lady. Beautifully restored building with antique furnishings. So happy we stopped on our Route 66 journey. Highly recommend!

Wonderful spot with wonderful people. We were passing through and needed wifi for work Joanne was more than accommodating. Absolutely amazing place. Highly recommend to anyone to not just pass through but to stop and meet these folks and have their amazing food and enjoy genuine hospitality.

We didn't go inside, wish we would have but it was early in the morning when we were in the area. We did however take a photo of the nice mural on the wall.

Wow!!! 🥧What an incredible experience! Everything you would hope to find in a small town pie shop from southern hospitality from Mama Jo herself to the most delicious pies!! Definitely make this part of your trip! It’s a delightful experience you won’t want to miss! The chocolate peanut butter was pie was ✨INCREDIBLE✨!!
