I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Maison Ostro was unacceptable from start to finish. We waited 15 minutes just to get a waiter, and even after requesting service, our waiter disappeared and never returned. The dining room felt chaotic — waiters were running around looking lost, unsure of tables, orders, or responsibilities. There was no coordination, no leadership, and no sense that anyone knew what they were doing. Wine was poured carelessly, food arrived at random times, and basic table service was nonexistent. The food was equally disappointing. The salad was drowning in mayo. The ravioli tasted overly fishy and undercooked. The risotto was clearly microwaved. French fries arrived cold. I will start with the food, for the most part the food was amazing especially the duck, the duck was delicious, every dish served was a work of art, while some foods were not my taste, they presented well. The service was impeccable, the staff was friendly and engaging. The place has great vibes. I was transported to Paris tonight. Authentic French food. Amazing ambience. The staff were beyond attentive and plentiful. Beautiful live music. What a perfect little gem here in Miami. I’m so glad we tried this beautiful French restaurant out - we flew from australia for a few days so handpicked the best reviewed restaurants. Maison Ostrow didn’t disappoint!

Absolutely loved this place! From the moment we walked in, the beautiful décor transported us straight to Europe. As someone originally from Europe, I truly appreciated the elegant, classy and calm atmosphere and the soft background music—such a rare and refreshing experience compared to the usual loud restaurants. Every single dish was an explosion of flavor. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely welcome.
