Mainely Smoked Salmon

Great place that came highly recommended. The owner was very nice and helpful and clearly takes great pride in making outstanding salmon and seafood products. We had the cold and hot smoked salmon and the salmon spread. All were outstanding with great flavor. Will definitely be back or ordering online.

We really loved the smoked salmon that we got here. He explained the whole process to me and he is the true thing smokes everything there using Maple and Apple Woods. We got some of the dip as well made some really interesting snacks. We used Rye sourdough from the Farmstore in Pembroke some wild apple tree apple sliced a cabinet white aged cheddar a slice of jalapeno and then some dandelion Jam On Top smoked salmon dip.

What an amazing experience to meet John and hear about the humble beginnings of Mainely Salmon. It was my first time in Maine and this place was icing on the cake of a great time. I purchased three 10oz containers of the salmon dip and three packages of the salmon sticks, JUST to bring home to Nashville Tn. I can't express how good the smoked salmon is. The store is a big barn and the owner lives on the property. I highly recommend you try his salmon.

The owner is very helpful and the selection was very good even the Saturday before Christmas. Excellent product for a very good price.

Best Smoked Salmon I have ever eaten. This is still smoke cured, hand made without additives, flavors, or nitrates.
