Main Street Scoops

The staff is amazing. The prices are also good for the amount you get. They also have such a wide variety of flavors. Afterwards you can go out right onto the beautiful Washington Waterfront. There was also a little bit of whimsy to this location with a Waldo cutout atop the lights.

This is an awesome ice cream shop. Space has a great old wood floor and cool tile ceiling. Everything is very colorful! Staff person was very friendly and gave very generous servings. I paid $3.50 for a single scoop. See my picture for how big that scoop was! I was able to split my scoop and got coconut and dark chocolate. Yum. You can get in a cup or cone and there is not an extra charge for your cone. At the checkout there was even a container of dog biscuits so I assume your furry friend is welcome too. You can enter the building from the back where there is a large public parking lot or from the front where there is street parking. Ice cream was very good! There is a small game area too with a couple video games.

Wonderful ice cream and great serving sizes. Went a few days ago, but had to put it down one star because there were two staff members but only one was actually working. I was towards the end of the line, there were like 3 families in front of me, and in the time it took the lady to get to me to take my order, he had only made one coffee.

The best place for any flavor ice cream, floats, shakes, sunsets with hot syrups of your choice even latte, mocha coffees and chi teas. They have a small assortment of donuts, cookies. And are pet friendly with a dog treat at checkout. You can eat in or outside on benches. I love this place on main street in heart of Washington NC waterfront.

This ice cream shop is excellent. I stopped in one afternoon on my day off. Let me tell you i was thoroughly impressed . I was going to have the banana split or the turtle split. Decisions Decisions ! I opted for the butter pecan scoops in cinnamon shell. It was fantastic. I sat outside on the bench on Main Street in Washington NC. There was a slight relaxing breeze . What a way to spend the afternoon. The customer service was excellent too. You are free to sample flavors to aide in your choices. I highly recommend. There are booths and tables inside the shop for inside dining. Very inexpensive.
