Main Street Pizza

Place has gone severely downhill from when I was a kid. Can’t even pick up a slice and eat it like a slice because the dough is so floppy. I even ordered thin crust in hopes that would help. It did not. Most recent order wasn’t even remotely hot by the time we got it home and it was picked up earlier than the time they gave.

Ordered a personal size pizza with ham and mushrooms., there was no mushrooms at all a little bit of ham and was burnt! It was disgusting! Couldn't even eat it!

Always great pizza. We get the medium house special, minus pepperoni. It's always good and we love it better the next day 😊 They were busy tonight so the wait was a bit longer than norm. But still worth it!

Great pizza! Staff is usually pretty decent, but hey, it can get hectic on busy nights and these are typically young kids. 🤷‍♂️ Best chicken bacon ranch sub anywhere

On June 2nd 2025 at 7 pm I called to place an order for myself and my son. My son wanted a ham and cheese sub with ranch dressing on it. The person on the phone told me they do not put ranch on their ham and cheese subs. I said ok, but I would like it on mine. He repeated, we don’t put ranch on our ham and cheese subs. I said I would pay extra for it, he refused. So I said I didn’t need a sub from them, hung up and went to the competitor in town. It’s ranch dressing! What happened to the customer is always right? I’ve been going to Main Street for 30 years, ordering what I want with the substitutions when wanted, but today, due to their poor customer service and attitude of not doing what the customer asked, I will not be going back.
