Had the Fish & Chips @ Bodines Newstand - they claim to have the best in Evansville. I can easily say the best I’ve ever had - and I’ve been ALL over. Amazing. 🖤🇮🇪

This is a great dining experience and concept for downtown Evansville, Indiana. You will find several different options for awesome locally owned restaurants with many delicious dishes. You can find Chef Lo here and you will not regret giving his place a try. There is also outdoor as well as indoor dining opportunities.

Absolute horrible service from the bartender. Looking at previous reviews, I’m assuming it’s the same young ginger woman. Came out to meet my buddies for a drink and upon arrival, one of them warned me of her attitude and tried to encourage me not to pay it any mind. Unfortunately, after her asking me “what” and then seeing her laugh and smile with others at the bar across from us, I couldn’t help but pay for my drinks and just leave. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. In town for a work trip and was looking to have a good time but she was insufferable.

This is a great place downtown right by the Ford center and next to Someplace Else. It's not been around long and really needs more attention. I would love some more events or themed nights, like trivia, karaoke, open mic, talent shows, bands, comedians, or anything that would draw a crowd because this town could use some more places for people to get out and socialize! There are some great food places and they need customers so they can stay in business 🙏✨💖 I see a lot of potential to be a popular hangout for all kinds of people. I heard they are going to even have a kid's day and maybe be able to get some goats and fun activities really soon, so keep an eye on that place 💃✌️✨ looks like it's going to start to have some cool events and things to do! Great venue with different eateries. We went to Bodine’s Newsstand and got the best fish n' chips we've ever had and the BBQ Burger, which was delicious. Very reasonably priced. Sports bar vibe with different places to choose to eat.
