This was a really bad experience at MailnMore store. I needed only a couple of pages printed from my thumb drive. The owner said that he didn't know how to do that from his printer so he put my thumb drive into his laptop. He enlarged the font on my pages because I had saved them at 12 pt font and they looked like they were at like 16 pt, which left about 3 sentences on one of the pages he printed out. So, he gave me one page that was 2-sided, one page with 3 sentences on it, and 1 page that was totally blank. Yet, he charged me for 4 pages for $1.64!! When I mentioned that to the owner, he yelled and said, "Are you kidding me?!" There is a UPS store in the front of the plaza and they have really good customer service and are helpful. I went there later and they charged me $1.78 for 18 pag

They are not thrilled with prepaid labels.I have spent money in there in the past. He had an attitude because he gets nothing for prepaid labels.I was unable to get a receipt and he refused to scan my package. That is no way to treat a customer! Now I have no way of knowing if and when my package was shipped out I will never go to this place again!

This is my "go to" place to ship just about anything. Mike makes it so convenient and is super helpful by always providing various options to save me $$. It's the little things like this that keeps the fun in being a business owner!
