Good atmosphere. Inauthentic Amish I’m sure. Chicken sandwiches 8/10, but great value. Pie was the best thing.
My husband and I stopped in for an early supper before heading home and the Maid-Rites hit the spot! The Meat was hot and plentiful between very fresh buns! The fries were cooked to a perfect crispness and nicely seasoned! I found the staff very friendly and the place was spotless! We will definitely stop in again when our travels take us south again!
Food is bland and the chilly fries were watered down by water on the bottom. The fried pickles and malt was good though.
The cashier and the waitstaff were friendly and quick with our food. The chicken dinner I ordered was good, but the chicken in the chicken salad my wife ordered was a bit dry. Overall, I had a satisfactory experience.
Great food - lots of options, too many to choose from! Would come back when in the areas. Attached to the Amish Country Store which is a cool experience.
