Mahi's

I had a short visit and wanted good food with a relaxing ocean view. Based on reviews I found a lovely choice at Mahi's. Parking deck is across the street. I was there for lunch and three staff members treated me wonderfully. Answered my questions, smiled and I enjoyed the decor. Seating inside or outside. Food was typical choices but unique dressing, and spices added wonderful tastes. The she crab soup had enough meat for enhanced flavor and pleasurable eating. The California roll had a bit of extra "spice" that was delicious. The ginger-soy dressing on the Mahi's house salad was a delightful option. Hope your meal is as pleasant as mine was. Enjoy!

My husband took me here for my birthday. Elegant place, food was delicious, rice cooked to perfection, best scallops I have ever had, asparagus was perfectly cooked. Great service, and great atmosphere. Definitely on the list to come back!

Anna was the most AMAZING waitress!! The food was yummy and atmosphere were gorgeous! My husband and I were passing through here driving and picked a hotel and was very pleased with everything!! Def go here!

I had such a great experience at Mahi’s! The sushi was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor — every roll tasted just right. The salad was crisp and refreshing, with just the right balance of textures and flavors. The atmosphere felt relaxed yet stylish, and it made for a really enjoyable dining experience by the beach. Service was attentive without being rushed, which made the meal even better. Definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re in Virginia Beach and craving great sushi with a view!

The she crab soup was very tasty; creamy with lumps of crab meat. The oysters Rockefeller weren’t great, they were a bit dry. The signature mahi was cooked well and had decent flavor. Service was nice, but there were quite a few flies in the restaurant. Might’ve been because we were sitting close to the outside door.
