Maharaja Indian Cuisine

I tried Maharaja for the first time two days ago and enjoyed it so much that I had it again today! My first order was delivered through Uber Eats. I had the samosas, korma, and garlic naan. The korma was exactly what I wanted, creamy with a perfect mild flavor. Today, I went to the restaurant. I had hot tea (masaala chai), mushroom soup, dal makhani, and butter naan. The tea is spiced and much more bold/flavorful than I expected. It ended up being a great choice to warm up. As a mushroom lover, the mushroom soup is among the best soups I've ever had. Everything was so good! The biryani was fragrant and full of flavor, the samosas were perfectly crispy, and the mango lassi was creamy and refreshing. The karvepaku chicken totally stole the show with its bold curry leaf flavor. A delicious meal from start to finish—highly recommend!

A great first impression of Indian food in Omaha. We had high bar for them to reach based on our hometown- and they overachived! We started off with the Cut Mirachi Bajji. It was very good, but I still prefer samosa (that i did not try, here). I got the mixed grill and I walked away thinking shrimp should never be seasoned any other way! - delicious. My wife got Chicken Gongura. I thought it was a little salty-but that's how I love it! Well done!

This place was such a pleasant experience with amazing food!! We got samosas, which were delicious but not my personal favorite, my friend loved them though. I got chicken tikka masala, and it was everything I imagined it to be 😩. I like to dip my naan in the curry and omg it was heaven to my mouth.. My friend got the fried rice which was also pretty good but the curry definitely took the cake. On top of the amazing food, the atmosphere was calm and had a nice low vibe. Our server was so kind and accommodating, I had an amazing experience. Definitely will come again. This is by far the best Indian food I've had in Omaha!!
