Maggie Mae's Waterfront

Maggie Mae's Waterfront is a very friendly and casual eatery specializing in hearty breakfast, brunch and lunch items. We ate here during the Clearwater Race Weekend and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent and we enjoyed our breakfast on the patio, with a great view of the bay. We also returned to next morning prior to leaving Clearwater. We would happily return and recommend it to our friends.

Sitting out on the deck, looking out over the water (even at low tide, which highlights the beautiful ecosystem), you instantly feel relaxed. It's genuinely a million-dollar view that elevates the entire dining experience. The star of the show for our meal was definitely the Blueberry Pancakes. They were everything a perfect pancake should be—fluffy, light, and absolutely loaded with fresh, plump blueberries, finished with a delicate dusting of powdered sugar. We visited Maggie Mae’s Waterfront and overall I would say the experience was just okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t somewhere I’d feel the need to go back to. The parking situation is very tricky since it’s located in a small shopping center with limited spots. To make it more difficult, a nearby restaurant with valet service was blocking much of the parking lot, which made getting in and out pretty frustrating. The wait was long, about 45 to 50 minutes and they don’t text you when your table is ready, so you have to stand around the front waiting for your name to be called. This place is awesome. Our server Krystal was great. Food is excellent and very reasonable. They also have have half-orders of some of their dishes. I got thr Maggie's Benedict, my wife got chicken fingers, one son got a smash burger and the other, grilled chicken sandwich.

Outstanding! Best breakfast I have had in years. I will have to reevaluate my reviewing system now. We had to wait 30 min. To get a seat, The seating area was chilly. But the food was stellar 👌 I wish I had taken pictures. The main thing that comes to mind is nothing here is pre-fab all the meals are cooked from scratch with very fresh food items. 🫶
