Madre Cocina y Lounge is an absolute win. The atmosphere is vibrant but relaxed — the kind of place you can enjoy a great meal and actually have a conversation. Warm lighting, great vibe, and just an overall cool energy. I ordered the à la carte tacos and let the waiter choose for me — best decision ever. Every single one was incredible. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked meat, and amazing flavor in every bite. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation. If you’re looking for great food and a fun atmosphere, this spot delivers. I’ll definitely be back. 🌮🔥

The best margs and cocktails in FoCo are at Madre. High quality, detailed, perfection. Make no mistake, the food is as good as the drinks. Outstanding diversity on this menu with a depth of flavor I can only describe as incredible. I have visited Madre twice in the past 2 months and this place has wow'd me both times. Sit at the bar to appreciate the attention to detail which goes into each crafted cocktail. Kudos to the team at Madre - we are lucky to have this restaurant in Fort Collins!

We had a wonderful time at this restaurant! The house margarita was one of the best I’ve ever had. The guacamole was so fresh and citrusy. The enchiladas with plantain was delicious. My husband loved the tacos. Great options for GF. Allen was so friendly and took great care of us!

Beautiful restaurant with excellent ambiance. A little bit pricey but their food is well worth it. I was disappointed that I didn't realize I was coming in for brunch instead of dinner. There was a lot of stuff on the dinner menu that I really wanted to try, but just another reason to come back. Everything was so delicious and beautifullly plated. The service was exceptional and my waiter was understanding and professional, with great energy and a beautiful smile. I would definitely come back again for a dinner service. The bartender (bar manager?) was very handsome- not important - but figured I'd give him a shout out. 10/10 would recommend

We just had our Sage Marketing Group holiday party at Madre and honestly, I’m still thinking about it. We did a tequila tasting followed by dinner and it was easily the best experience we’ve had as a team. The service was 10/10 and the food was incredible. Let’s just say the tequila was a little too good... the office was definitely moving a bit slower the next morning! Can’t wait to come back on my own time.
