The food here is actually really good I can’t complain about that part at all. However the customer service especially from the old lady working there is unbelievably rude. She is extremely disrespectful toward customers and doesn’t seem to know how to communicate politely. I was simply asking for a menu and instead of helping she talked to me in a rude and unpleasant way even calling me names. The only reason I’m giving this place 1 stars is because of the man who works there (I believe he’s her husband). He was kind, respectful, and helpful the complete opposite of her. Honestly, if it weren’t for him this restaurant would probably lose all its customers because of her attitude. The worst service I have ever experienced, I ordered the coco chicken for takeout. I sent a delivery driver to the restaurant to pick up the food for me. I was on the phone with the delivery driver when he walked in and asked about the order, no one answered him. I had to call the restaurant for them to even acknowledge the delivery driver. When I got back on the phone with the delivery driver and the guy at the front desk asks him his name. When the delivery says his names he asks why he was being ignored, the guy at the front desk proceeds to say that he was disrespectful and that he could not take the order. Absolute waste of time SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

The lady (the wife of the male owner, with the bleached skin )is very rude, she is nasty. They don’t smile and instead give dirty looks. There are too many men hanging around the restaurant, talking out loud. They don’t leave. They stay there till mid-night screaming like how they do on 116th street. I’d say it’s even worse than that.
