⭐⭐ Made in NJ Empanadas & More I really wanted to love this spot—empanadas and Made in NJ in the name? That’s a strong opening act. I ordered four empanadas at $4 each: two chicken, two beef. Unfortunately, both fillings landed flat. No flavor just texture, The beef lacked seasoning, and the chicken was bone-dry—the culinary equivalent of small talk at a long elevator ride. That said, credit where it’s due: the Ecuadorian-style outer shell was the standout. Nicely textured, crisp on the outside, and clearly made with care. If empanada shells won awards, this one would at least get a nomination. Bottom line: Great shell, forgettable fillings. With a little more seasoning and moisture, these empanadas could level up fast. Right now, it’s a promising concept that needs a flavor rewrite. 🥟

This is a great place with food fresh to order. I got the shrimp ceviche and it was phenomenal. Great people, great service. You can tell that they care about making a delicious quality product. Highly recommend!!

I could eat from here every day! Elizabeth was missing an actual GOOD Ecuadorean restaurant.(I’ve tried them all) The prices are great and the food is delicious! They also have daily lunch specials which include soup, entree and drink. Also, staff is so friendly! Love them!

Food is fresh but doesn't meet a high or good standard !

The online ordering was pretty convenient. The empanadas were delicious, do yourself a favor and get more. Best empanadas in town. I’ll need to come in person because the place had a really good vibe and really clean.
