We no longer need to travel to Boston; we can enjoy Dubai chocolate right here at South Shore Mall. I chose the small Dubai Strawberry Cup, which consists of layers of Dubai chocolate, pistachio cream, and fresh strawberries cut to order! The combination of strawberries, chocolate, and pistachio cream is delicious. The pistachio cream is very different and seems to have little balls that explode in your mouth, giving it a crunchy texture. And the warm chocolate gives you a unique feeling of comfort. I chose the small cup, but I found it large and well served. I ate a lot and even brought some home. I loved it. Yesterday around 6:30 pm, I ordered a pancake with strawberry and Dubai chocolate. Unfortunately, the pancake was completely burnt on all sides. Since it was covered in chocolate and packed to go, I didn’t realize until I tasted it. The flavor was very poor, and it ended up being one of the worst food experiences I’ve ever had. Very disappointed.

I really liked the crunchiness of the kataifi. Also, whether the chocolate was tempered or if it was just due to the cold weather, I’m glad it didn’t melt in my hands as I was eating. I did feel like the purple powder on top was unnecessary, though, since it didn’t add any flavor but made it messier to eat. There was something a bit off about the pistachio cream, but I couldn’t put my finger on it, so maybe this just wasn’t for me. My biggest issue, however, was the price. Not sure if there was a mark-up for ordering online, but I wouldn’t get another one for $15.99 for this portion size. Regardless, I am still happy that I got to try this viral dessert once without having to drive to Boston.

DISGUSTING HYGIENE – AVOID AT ALL COSTS! 🤮 I watched a worker smoking right behind the truck with the door wide open, cigarette smoke blowing straight into where the food was being made. Then that same person walked in, no hand washing, no gloves, and started making my $20 Dubai Strawberry Cup. I was absolutely disgusted and threw it away immediately. The filthiest food-handling I’ve ever seen.

If I could give ZERO STARS I definitely would. I ordered a Dubai chocolate bar on uber eats and as I’m halfway done and chewing i feel hair. I spit out the bite I took and to my shock I realized it was in fact a light brown hair… I have black curly hair.. absolutely unacceptable. I got my refund from uber eats but this is disgusting and HAIRNETS NEED TO BE IN PLACE!
