The chef/owner is awesome! He will make your salad, juice, or sandwich just how you like it. The portions are generous and you won't leave with an empty hungry stomach. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a high fiber, high protein meal. I Recommend the jerk chicken sandwich.

It's not a surprise to see this receiving a complete full 5 star review. The sandwich I tried was absolutely delicious. The salad that came with it was so tasty!! The chef was super friendly and lacks no detail in delivering a beautiful looking fine tasting meal!

MAD Rebel Health Kitchen is a delightful family-owned and operated restaurant and smoothie bar with indoor and outdoor seating featuring great service, food and vibes. There are numerous dedicated disabled parking spots available with ramps, wide lanes and several tables which can comfortably accommodate wheelchairs here. The people who work are are super friendly and helpful. Bring your questions, food allergies and preferences, you will be given great advice in return. Everything I've tried here is good, but my favorite sandwich is the "Floyd", -a huge turkey sandwich with spinach, olive paste, cucumber and red onion on freshly baked focaccia bread. My favorite drink here is "The Thing" -a protein smoothie with fresh fruit and collagen which was featured on Fox News! It's the best

I stumbled upon this kitchen and now it’s my little hidden corner gem. The drinks are fresh and delicious. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that had wonderful fresh chives and peppers on a fresh bun. This place rocks my world. Don’t buy fast food, when you can buy fresh restaurant quality delights from Mad Rebel.

This is where the good stuff is. John, the owner, knows what’s good and great musical taste as well. He’s been to some amazing shows and has an encyclopedic knowledge of rock and roll.
