MAD Greens - Louisville

I absolutely love this store! I have been coming to the store since the GM was in Boulder. Rosy is absolutely amazing and is a phenomenal manager. I really love their new AGM Chelsey, she is so nice and easy to talk to if I have any questions she has always helped me with my salads orders. The team that is at this store is so attentive, fast with their service, very helpful and friendly. They also just rolled out a new menu and I must say I am absolutely in love!. The transition was flawless. The ingredients are fresher and better quality and I am extremely obsessed with this new menu that they have. If that’s not enough the atmosphere is warm and extremely welcoming. I highly recommend coming to the store and getting a delicious fresh new salad.

My Go-To for Years! ​I rarely leave reviews, but for the Mad Greens in Louisville, I have to make an exception. I've been a loyal, recurring customer for several years (at least 2x a week!), and they consistently deliver. ​What keeps me coming back is the combination of healthy, flavorable food and the amazing staff. The team here is wonderful—they greet me by name and often offer fantastic suggestions for customizing my order, which I really appreciate. It’s a great feeling when you can rely on a place to not only let you customize but actively help you make it even better. ​The service is always fast, the value is spot on, and the food is always fresh. They make eating healthy easy and enjoyable. What's not to keep me coming back? Keep up the fantastic work!

Mad Greens in Louisville is the best salad restaurant! I love their bowls, especially the Baja Bowl; it's absolutely delicious! And if I have to talk about customer service, I'll never get tired of saying that Ross and Chels are the best managers♥️They are always so friendly and polite when taking your order that you'll want to come back a thousand more times. This place always offers delicious food and has an amazing atmosphere, perfect for all kinds of gatherings, and I love that!😊

One of my favorite places to get lunch. Foodwise, it is just a salad, no magic, but I haven't had anything that seemed bad, and they accommodate my one or two common modifications without complaint. Really the nice thing is the staff. They're all consistently lovely. Dropped my to go order today and lost half of it, and they remade it for me. Very kind of them, but not at all out of character from my interactions with them. I'll say it again, lovely staff.

My experience at this place has been wonderfully incredible. The salads are super fresh and delicious. And the service from the staff was outstanding; they were extremely friendly. I will definitely be back!
