Mac's Philly Steaks Diner

Maybe shouldn't have had my first garbage plate experience here. I was the only person in the place so service was prompt. Waiter was friendly but not overly attentive. The food was... well it didn't have a lick of flavor, and the meat sauce was mealy. I'd go back, but I would pick a different plate next time.

Big fan of the pulled pork plate. Sweet potato fries, onion rings, mac salad, yes please. Staff very attentive. Ive got the same thing many times and always consistent.

Their buffalo chicken salad is my favorite salad to order out. I get it every once in a while. I had one of their specialty plates when they first opened that wasn’t very good but this salad is great every time. My only complaint about this place is they close early.

I visited the Victor area today, excited to try this local establishment, specifically their $20 cheesesteak sub. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start, as the staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly. After waiting 15 minutes longer than expected, I discovered that our sub was prepared incorrectly. Thankfully, we checked it before leaving. When my wife politely pointed out the mistake, the front counter girl seemed clueless about how to handle the situation. She took the sub back to the kitchen, where a rude employee reacted poorly, making disparaging comments in front of us and giving us hostile looks. My wife, who dislikes confrontation, felt uncomfortable and embarrassed. This negative atmosphere persisted for about ten minutes until the sub was remade. Frustrated,
