Came here with my wife on Saturday. To start, the interior is very cool! It has that early 1900's style look to it, IYKYK. We got two Hawaiian breakfast cookies and two cheese danishes. Both were very good, the Danish especially 😋 And the pricing is great too! All of that was only about $11
This is such a cute bakery! We stopped here for break and we were not disappointed. The atmosphere is absolutely adorable and very cozy. I got an almond poppy muffin. It was scrumptious. The whole vibe of the place was great.
I mean Mackenzie’s is a Kalamazoo classic and it is so great to see it in downtown Vicksburg. I had a delicious muffin and coffee. The menu is modest but the space and service is amazing - the Gallery next door is made available to Mackenzie’s customers. Great place to sit and enjoy or to do some work.
This place is fantastic! The service is excellent and so is the bread and muffins. You will have to wait in line and it is worth your time to do so. They will slice your bread if you wish or you can take the uncut loaf with you. They have a small cabinet jelly and jam and a small cooler for items such as butter. There is ample seating to sit while eating. The area is nicely decorated and the atmosphere complements the space.
Love the Winterberry Chicken Salad paired with a cherry cheese danish!!!
