Long wait time for frozen and bland food that not even homemade. Told them for an exchange or at least a new order, the cashier held up the frozen guacamole (with name brand showing) and said no exchanges and that I will need to deal with it. Not even willingly provide a fresh order not frozen guacamole, SMH

The food was absolutely amazing, I’ve never had better wings, and the service was even better we were treated instantly. I love the atmosphere they have the entire cart set up for halloween

I VERY rarely give reviews, but this is one of the times I found it necessary. I’ll start by saying the food is good. I went after seeing this place on TikTok and ordered their platter, and the portion sizes are great. The food is well seasoned and the pricing is reflective of the amount of food given, so no complaints there. However… even with good food, I had to rate this place a 1 star, and that’s because of their customer service. Maybe the young man who was at the register was having a bad day, but the platter comes in an open faced aluminum pan, and the sides are all styrofoam cups with no lids. After realizing that there was no way to finish it in one sitting, I asked for a lid or foil and said “no”. I was a bit surprised so I said, there are no lids or covers for this tray? And
