Löyly Nordic Spa

I really like this place and would have given it 5 stars if it weren’t for being dirty. The floors were sopping wet, especially in the bathrooms. And there was dirt and hair and trash on the ground and in the water. I went to a similar place in the city I used to live in, and they would regularly come through and clean and squeegee down the floors, leaving them without debris and so much standing water. The saunas are beautiful and spacious, and I love that they have multiple cold plunges with different temperatures. I also appreciate their affordability. I hope they work on their cleaning cause it’s a great place other than that.

Amazing! Great pricing options too. Saunas were nice and hot unlike most places in the United States. Cold plunges were clean and good temperatures. So many healthy benefits. Recommendations: Door slamming and squeaking when opening and closing needs to be fixed to make the atmosphere more relaxing/peaceful. Large gap under silent sauna allows too much noise from hallway when busy. All minor and easy fixes to make this place excellent. Thank you!

Beautiful space with so much intention put into bringing it to life. Definitely has a very authentic Nordic sauna vibe. I met the owner and he was very kind and easy to talk with. Excellent customer service on their opening day. Plus, they make sauna bathing actually affordable compared to every other business that I have looked into in the area. Don’t hesitate!

If you’re looking for contrast therapy in SLC, this is the place. Very well designed space. Has a relaxing yet social atmosphere. Great location. Highly recommend.

If you haven't been to Löyly yet, you need to! They have the best sauna in town and the atmosphere is really inviting. It's a few steps away from Pioneer Park with great views. Wonderful activity after a day playing in the mountains, or start your day off with a roast. Do yourself a favor and try it out. There's a really solid hole in the wall Thai restaurant next door that's quite delicious.
