1 word: heavenly. The place is spotless, the staff Dora and Isaiah super pleasant and helpful. The variety is fantastic. Finally some exquisite chocolate as good as the ones I bring from Europe. We were given samples and Dora is right: the hazelnut chocolate OMG ! Best little discovery place in international mall. The hazelnut regular chocolate and dark chocolate ARE TO DIE FOR !

Perfect. Läderach is simply on another level. The shop is elegant, and the staff make you feel right at home — always attentive and friendly. The selection of chocolates is fantastic, truly premium quality. I finally found a chocolate that rivals the best I’ve had in Europe. They offered me samples, and resisting was impossible. Without a doubt, the finest I’ve ever tasted.

I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Läderach Tampa thanks to the incredible help of a sales associate named Nixzalis. I came in needing nine bags of chocolate put together as Christmas gifts for my office, and she went far above and beyond to make everything perfect. She packaged each bag with such care and attention to detail. Her professionalism, warm personality, and genuine enthusiasm for helping customers made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. It’s rare to encounter service like this, and because of Nixzalis, I will continue coming back to Läderach Tampa. The customer service here is exceptional, and she is a shining example of that. Highly recommend!

I love this chocolate! I really enjoy the bars with all the fruits, nuts and confections added. I enjoy it more than the traditional truffles. I simply decide how much I want to spend and they will give me a piece that weighs the right amount.

I went in today, just to try some things out! Everything was so delicious! Sly took care of me. He was incredibly helpful, and super sweet. My packaging was beautiful! Highly recommended
