Customer Reviews
Lynny’s is a fantastic gem on East 12th and Chicon. Centered around a gorgeous east Austin by most of Austin’s favorites like King bee, the little gay shop and our dearly departed Outer Heaven. Most importantly the food is made with fresh ingredients and is presented with the utmost care. The wine based cocktails are beautiful pairings of homemade mixtures and the perfect wines. Attention to detail and quality are CLEARLY a staple at this place. Lyn (the owner) is incredibly sweet and made sure my brunch was fantastic. 10/10 coming back.
We came for lunch and enjoyed ourselves. The biscuit sandwiches were amazing! The pancakes weren’t quite what I was expecting, but the sausage was good. The cartoon latte was pretty yummy too!
A new place that recently opened. Feels like a warm hug and home cooking with a nice twist. The food was phenomenal and the drinks were great. Come and have a great slow morning here with a loved one.

We had to fetch our own waters too. Odd for a diner and such a small place. I assuming it was a new waiter. Not a huge deal. The food took quite a bit to come out (they have 1-2 cooks working hard), again, not a big problem, but when we got it, it was room temp, wasn't warm or hot. One of the eggs was also overcooked, wasn't runny. We were starving so we just ate it. We got 2 coffees, 2 eggs, 1 biscuit, 1 pancake (which was very small), a s
