Luv Ramen & BBQ

We were here for the late lunch. The services and foods were amazing. I feel it's more like Japanese street food, but it's more delicious than I expected. The Ramen was an absolute must-try.

New spot in Hawthorne. Let's say it is worth a stop and try the food. Service is great. Atmosphere is wonderful and the music trends. Wow, Luv Ramen & BBQ has truly solidified its place as one of my favorite spots! This was my second visit, and it was just as wonderful, if not more so, than the first. It's always a great sign when a restaurant is consistently excellent, and this place delivers. The ramen is simply sublime. The broth is incredibly deep and flavorful, a testament to the quality and care that goes into it. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and all the toppings were fresh and delicious. First time here and was very happy with the experience. The server was very friendly and attentive. Food came out pretty fast. Party of 5 and we were all very happy with our meals. I got the spicy vegan Ramen. It wasn't really that spicy but still very very good. Excellent actually. I'm craving it again already. Spinach noodles, fresh and lightly fried tofu, other veggies, creamy (yet vegan) broth with nice depth of flavor. The Yummy Chicken fried rice was delicious. We devoured it. Kids got chicken Ramen. I go to this place all the time. The food is always fresh. I'm not sure if they changed chefs or what. First the chicken didn't look like chicken, it was dark grey on the inside. The meat was too rubbery to even chew. I'm highly pissed, especially since they went up on their prices. How do you call yourself raising the prices of your food, but start serving garbage.

I am impressed with this place, definitely will come again. They were understaffed but the food was still good. I got the spicy chicken fried rice, gyoza, spicy tonkotsu miso ramen, and spicy chicken tori ramen. The ramen was a 3 out of 5 it wasn't the best I've had but it was decently good, only complain was the egg was more hard boiled than medium boiled which goes great with ramen. The fried rice was the best dish, great flavor and spicy!! The gyoza had a great taste by itself and goes really great with the rice. This will be a place to go and can't wait to try other dishes.
