Customer Reviews
Good clean pool, great swim lessons, safe locker rooms.
This is a fun little pool that is great for young kids. They have life jackets, pool noodles, and some toys anyone can use. Staff are friendly and it’s usually not too crowded on family swim times. Only complaint is that the water is a little cold for an indoor pool.
Difficult experience for my family’s first impression. Cool layout of the pool, fun slides for a toddler and an older, more advanced swimmer. Lifeguards were attentive. One lifeguard really ruined the fun and caused unnecessary tension among the swimmers. You could see the swim area clear of swimmers when this lifeguard would shift into the area during their rotations. They were aggressive about rule enforcement and left many parents uncomfortable. There is a kind way to communicate everything. There is no need to be rude or publicly humiliate customers.
Went there a week or so ago and never coming back. The staff are so disrespectful and the place is disgusting, especially the restrooms and showers. It’s obvious the place is left in serious neglect, based on the state of those areas. Very much so do not recommend this place, don’t even waste your time.
I came here with my family for the 3:30 PM family swim. The pool was good. Clean, maintained, and the lifeguards did a good job of watching. I had fun. Small note to the staff: I'd check the bottom vertical seam on the big slide. Something on it ripped a small hole in my swim shorts, and scraped my skin as well. I had to go change because I didn't want to potentially bleed in the pool. Overall, great place to bring young kids, but adults can find something to enjoy as well.
