Cozy, intimate live music venue with an awesome beer selection. Even for the non drinkers they have the best sodas and teas to enjoy a chill night with good people. A true gem that feels like the folk version of Cheers where everyone knows your name.

Luna Star Cafe is truly a gem in North Miami. I try to come out whenever my former colleague’s band, Sundown Sound, performs, and it is always such a great time. The vibe is intimate and cozy, the music is incredible, and the atmosphere feels like a little creative sanctuary in the middle of the city. I usually get a glass of wine and the baked brie — both are consistently excellent and perfect for a relaxing night out. I also recently met the new owner, Bre, and she is warm, genuine, and clearly passionate about keeping the heart of this place alive. You can really feel the love she and her husband are pouring into the cafe. If you love live music, good energy, and a spot that feels like home, Luna Star Cafe is a must. I will always come back.

This place is awsome! Great local gem. The band was amazing. The service from the owners and the very friendly staff made the night with our friends so fun. We will definitely be back. If we lived closer this would be our new local hang out

I discovered this place thanks to friends and honestly it is perfect when you want a peaceful evening, listen very good music, meet kind people and eat yummy kitchen. I will come back asap!

Excellent place. Second time, i'm here AND under new ownership, Brie & Eric an mazing duo who together run a classic place where you feel at home! Excellent vibes! Can't say enough of great things about this place!
