Luigi's Restaurant & Gourmet Express

The food is always solid. The gourmet express is excellent for prepared foods, soups, sandwiches and the best pizza chips you'll ever eat. It's also one of the only places where you see young people actually caring about their job and working hard. Not standing around like lifeless statues. Managers are clearly holding them to a standard and it shows. As for the restaurant side, I've never had a bad experience. Its Italian comfort food overall but better than most of its contemporaries.

Great consistent hot food. Calamari is delicious, Chicken franchise my fav, Alfredo, yum. Clean, friendly, parking sometimes hectic. Always delicious!

Luigi’s catered my son’s first birthday party and nearly every guest raved about the food. We had plenty of leftovers. The delivery and set up was professional, efficient and impeccable. 10/10 would recommend

Excellent food. We ate in the take out and self serve area of the restaurant. The selection was great and varied and the taste was delish. I had the veal cutlet on a torpedo. Tasty veal and sauce and more than ample serving. My wife had butternut squash lasagna and thought it was heavenly. We also had an order of chicken parm and that also was tender with tasty sauce and cheese. If you are in the Johnston RI area do stop in.

First time back in a couple of years. Service was fine but the food was sub par. Nobody in our party had a good meal experience. Fish was cold and undercooked in the center, beware. Below average at best. Just an overall weird vibe. So many great places to dine in the area, this wouldn't be a repeat!
