I have written reviews on a number of other platforms. I published a list of BBQ places I had reviewed. A guy who turned out to be Adam the owner of Lucky Nickel BBQ saw the list and kind of called me out and said I hadn't had his yet. All I could think was who is this guy to call me out. So I decided today I was going to make the hour drive to Washington Courthouse to check his food trailer out. I arrived a little early so that I could take the time to talk with Adam and Tara the owners. They have been doing this for around a year now. They do everything homemade. The coleslaw is made with a chopped salad and a really nice dressing that is a little on the sweet side, I could definitely eaten more of it. I ordered a sampler of the meats.
