Lucky Lou's Raw Bar

Located right near Deerfield Beach, recently opened Lucky Lou's looks very open and inviting, so we decided to give it a try tonight. Overall it was a good experience and a place we may return to in the near future. We were helped by Jayden who was very friendly and attentive, thank you for making our experience a good one. I had the lobster bisque, which was very good in flavor but I am used to having some actual bits or chunks of lobster in my lobster bisque. If you are looking for that, you will be disappointed, so just a heads up. My girl tried the Taco soup, that's right I said Taco soup. It was actually pretty good and was giving chili vibes. For entrees we ordered the steak frites and shrimp scampi. The steak was and is said to come medium rare, unless requested otherwise. I

We decided to stop by and check this place out since it’s one of the newer restaurants that recently opened at the Deerfield Beach. It was pretty busy on Saturday night, but we were seated right away, which was great. The restaurant was clean with a great ambiance, and it offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Our server, Jayden, was wonderful and very helpful. She recommended a few dishes, and we ended up ordering what she recommended the Steak Frites, Shrimp Scampi, and two soups, the Lobster Bisque and the Taco Soup (the soup of the day). The Lobster Bisque had a rich flavor but was delicious. The Taco Soup was interesting since we had never tried anything like it before; it was more similar to a chili but still very good. We had a really nice lunch here and overall it was a great experience. The poke appetizer was excellent, fresh, flavorful, and a perfect start to the meal. The drinks were also very well made, and the atmosphere made it a fun place to sit back, relax, and people watch. The service stood out as well. Our server was friendly, attentive, and handled everything professionally, especially when we had an issue with one of the appetizers. The only reason for the 4-star review was the ceviche appetizer. The portion was surprisingly small, and since that’s something I was really looking forward to, it was a bit disappointing. Had such a great dinner at Lucky Lou’s Raw Bar! The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for a night out. A special shoutout to our server, Alyvia, who absolutely made the experience. She was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our dinner feel special.
