Lucky Bamboo Restaurant

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent order. Upon consuming my sesame chicken, I encountered a screw within the meal. The presence of such an object is deeply concerning, and I am at a loss to understand how this occurred. Regrettably, I will no longer be placing orders with your establishment.

They still only do take out. We had traveled all day from Florida and we needed out of the car but we ended up eating in our car. No sit down restaurant.

You can’t go in and eat, takeout only. From the looks of other reviews it’s been this way for years. They have a whole dining room set up, seems like sheer laziness? Disappointing.

I love this place but couple things went down hill. No more veggie egg rolls the good ones and they don’t give you hot mustered unless you ask. It used to come with it and sometimes I forget to ask because I’m used to it just being in the order. But other than that love the food.

I've hesitated to write a review for Lucky Bamboo because I know every place has "off" days, new trainees, or a true accident (not a lazy mishap.) The food, for the most part, is very good. I don't understand the portions - as I can order the same size of 2 items and one will come in the white carton and the other filled to the brim in a black plastic container. This isn't a matter of ordering a special menu item vs. a regular item. My big issue is their packaging. I have yet to get a bag of food that didn't have at least one dish with most of it's sauce leaked out. Now, for some dishes this is just an annoyance, but for others, it destroys the meal. My husband likes spicy food, so he gets a special sauce. When we get it and the sauce is leaked out all over the bag, it is a huge dissapoint
